I was a bit confuddled when I heard this prompt. Usually glitter goes on top, not on the base! Then I realised that it's what I did on the fireworks manicure that I gave my sister-in-law for New Year's Eve. Then it all made sense and this manicure was born. I was also extremely happy that it actually turned out because I have had horrible luck with tape manis in the past. I did have a bit of touch up with acetone because there were some areas that the black got under the tape.
The silver glitter I used was one that came with Plugged-in Plum from Nicole by OPI as part of the Selena Gomez collection. The black is from the studs pack from Models Prefer.
